At Nikki's Western Outfitters, we want you to love what you order. If something’s not quite right, we offer flexible return options to make things easier for you.

Return Options:

1. Store Credit: We typically offer store credit for returns. If you choose this option, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label to simplify the process.

2. Refund: If you prefer a refund, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. (shipping costs vary)

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original tags as received.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are deducted from the original purchase and are non-refundable.
  • All discounted and sale items are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be issued.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us with your order number and let us know whether you’d prefer store credit or a refund. We’ll guide you through the next steps from there. 

For Canadian orders, we provide a return shipping label. For all other international orders, customers are responsible for shipping labels.

All sales made at shows or pop-up events are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be issued for show purchases.
