Online Returns
Method 1:
SHIP YOUR RETURN – CANADIAN ORDERS
If you’re unable to return your item in person, you may ship it to our distribution address in Ontario. Please follow these steps:
- Package your item securely in its original condition
- Include a note inside the parcel stating that you are returning the item

- Email us at nikkisoutfitters@gmail.com to notify us that your return is on the way

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If you're placing a return from outside Canada, we're happy to assist with a store credit once your item arrives at our U.S. warehouse.
Steps for International Returns:
- Email us at nikkisoutfitters@gmail.com to let us know you'd like to return your order.
Please include:
- Your name
- Your order number
- A brief note about the item(s) you wish to return
- We will respond with the correct return address for our U.S. warehouse.
- Once you've shipped your return, please email us the tracking number so we can monitor its arrival.
- When your item has arrived at our warehouse, we’ll confirm receipt and process your store credit.

Free Shipping
Canada: Free standard shipping on orders $150+ CAD
United States: Free standard shipping on orders $300+ USD
Free shipping applies automatically at checkout once your order meets the minimum. Taxes and discounts do not count toward the threshold.
Processing Times
All orders ship within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods (launches, holidays, event weekends), processing may take an extra 1–2 business days. If we expect any major delays, we’ll notify you right away.
Shipping Within Canada
Orders ship from Norfolk County, Ontario using UPS, Purolator, Can-Par, ICS or FedEx.
