Free Shipping
Canada: Free standard shipping on orders $150+ CAD

United States: Free standard shipping on orders $300+ USD

Free shipping applies automatically at checkout once your order meets the minimum. Taxes and discounts do not count toward the threshold.

Processing Times
All orders ship within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods (launches, holidays, event weekends), processing may take an extra 1–2 business days. If we expect any major delays, we’ll notify you right away.

Shipping Within Canada
Orders ship from Norfolk County, Ontario using UPS, Purolator, Can-Par, ICS or FedEx.
Typical delivery options include:

Standard: 3–9 business days

Expedited: 2–5 business days

Express: 1–3 business days

We ship across the U.S. with the following estimated delivery times:

Standard: 5–12 business days

Expedited: 3–7 business days

All U.S. orders are shipped Duties Paid (DDP). This means no extra charges on delivery  duties and import fees are already covered when your order ships.
