We blend old-school craftsmanship with the latest technology to ensure every hide we use is treated and cut to maximize quality and durability. Our hides are sourced from selected suppliers in Australia and New Zealand. To put it simply, our leather is bred tough.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.  
All items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Sale and discounted items are final sale and non‑refundable.

Approved returns will only be issued as store credit.

Instore Returns 

All in‑store returns are eligible for store credit only.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • Returned with tags attached

  • Brought back within 30 days of purchase

  • Accompanied by the original receipt

Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.

Online Returns

Method 1:

SHIP YOUR RETURN – CANADIAN ORDERS

If you’re unable to return your item in person, you may ship it to our distribution address in Ontario. Please follow these steps:

  • Package your item securely in its original condition
  • Include a note inside the parcel stating that you are returning the item
  • Ship your parcel to: Nikki’s Western Outfitters 1418 Bell Mill Side Rd, Tillsonburg ON N4G 4G9
  • Email us at nikkisoutfitters@gmail.com to notify us that your return is on the way

Please Note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • All online returns will be charged a %15 restocking fee

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery

  • Store credits will be processed once your return is received and inspected

  • Shipping fees will not be included in the store credit 

  • Store credit can be used online and instore

  • Items must be in original condition, with tags attached, and unworn/unwashed to qualify, sale and discounted items are final sale and non‑refundable.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If you're placing a return from outside Canada, we're happy to assist with a store credit once your item arrives at our U.S. warehouse.

Steps for International Returns:

  • Email us at nikkisoutfitters@gmail.com to let us know you'd like to return your order.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • A brief note about the item(s) you wish to return
  • We will respond with the correct return address for our U.S. warehouse.
  • Once you've shipped your return, please email us the tracking number so we can monitor its arrival.
  • When your item has arrived at our warehouse, we’ll confirm receipt and process your store credit.

Please Note:

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, and have tags attached to qualify, sale and discounted items are final sale and non‑refundable.

  • Shipping costs are not eligible for store credit

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery

Free Shipping
Canada: Free standard shipping on orders $150+ CAD

United States: Free standard shipping on orders $300+ USD

Free shipping applies automatically at checkout once your order meets the minimum. Taxes and discounts do not count toward the threshold.

Processing Times
All orders ship within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods (launches, holidays, event weekends), processing may take an extra 1–2 business days. If we expect any major delays, we’ll notify you right away.

Shipping Within Canada
Orders ship from Norfolk County, Ontario using UPS, Purolator, Can-Par, ICS or FedEx.
Typical delivery options include:

Standard: 3–9 business days

Expedited: 2–5 business days

Express: 1–3 business days


Shipping to the United States
We ship across the U.S. with the following estimated delivery times:

Standard: 5–12 business days

Expedited: 3–7 business days

All U.S. orders are shipped Duties Paid (DDP). This means no extra charges on delivery  duties and import fees are already covered when your order ships.
